Autenthic large double house with three stories (and a basement), living area around 170 m2, in the historic heart of Utrecht, on one of the most outstanding locations in the Museum Quarter. The house has a characteristic atmosphere, and is in excellent condition.
It concerns two connected houses with each a front door, the upper house (nr. 9, middle and top floor) for living, and the lower house (nr. 7, bottom floor and basement) which can be assigned the destination of shop, office of also living quarters.

Connections for cable TV and landline telephone are available on all floors, and a router for wireless braodband internet is installed. A parking space in the secured and below-ground parking garage "Tuinstraat" (200 m by foot) can be requested by special city-permit for neighborhood residents, at a relatively low cost.
The interesting inner City of Utrecht is famous for its historic atmosphere, its typical warfes with many restaurants and galeries, its shops, cafes, churches and musea, and is 'right around the corner'. Within 5 minutes walk you find the cathedral, the well-known ‘Springhaver Café – Theater’, the intimate ‘Wed’ square with its many student cafes, many restaurants and shops. The central train station is within 10 minutes by foot.
Utrecht is a city with many festivals, an vibrant cultural life, abundance of restaurants, and many academic activities.
Very special is the silence: after 6 PM there is virtually no traffic in the Haverstraat.
